If you live by the sea, Busan’s Global City Foundation (BGCF) offers structured and reputable free Korean classes.

💡 Good to Know: Levels: Beginner → Intermediate Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. A ₩50,000 deposit is required on the first day, fully refunded if your attendance is over 60%. If you’re absent for 2 weeks without notice, your spot is automatically cancelled. Classes are held in morning or evening sessions. You’ll need to buy your own textbook. Open only to long-term visa holders (no short-term visitor visas). Students who complete the course with at least 60% attendance receive a certificate.

DAEGU:

Daegu might not have as many public centers, but it offers something unique, language exchanges that make learning social, dynamic, and fun.
